We live in a complex world in which a lot is demanded of us. We often ask a lot of ourselves. This questioning can even seep into meditation. We can keep looking for new methods or be disappointed if the exercise doesn't 'work' right away.
Back to Basics originated from the love and dedication to keep practicing with simple meditations. Returning again and again to the "basics" of the Buddha's original instructions on mindfulness.
Each live session is a mini retreat with a simple 30 min meditation, a short lecture and plenty of space for sharing experiences and questions.
Back to Basics is for anyone with a beginner's mind – no matter how much meditation experience you have.
We practice together on 4 Tuesdays from 19.30:20.30 to XNUMX:XNUMX.
