Live Lecture: Zen and the love of nature – interview with Anshin Tenjo roshi.

On Sunday 1 December, the new documentary 'Duizend Groene Handen' will be broadcast on NPO2. In this film, Misha Beliën follows participants in the Ecological Coexistence Working Group, who deal with climate and ecological issues from a Buddhist background.
One of the characters in this documentary is Anshin Tenjo roshi, Zen teacher of the Dharmahuis Leeuwarden. She shows a strong commitment to this theme and nature is an important source of inspiration for her in her practice.

Tonight Ciska Matthes will talk to Tenjo Roshi about the documentary and her great passion for nature conservation.
All this in the run-up to the broadcast on NPO2 and also to the accompanying 'EcoFest Duizend Groene Handen' on December 8 at De Zendo in Nijmegen.
