Live Lecture scheduled for 31-08-2025: Taoism – the playful philosophy of non-doing

Live Lecture: Taoism – the playful philosophy of non-doing.

Many people know the terms yin and yang. They come from Taoism. But it embraces so much more. Taoism is about the round and changing reality. It is about expanding consciousness, to be able to be in contact with reality in a non-violent and especially playful way.
It has had a great influence on the development of Zen Buddhism. In this lecture you can hear briefly how that is. If you want to know more, you can then participate in a six-week course on 30NOW, from September 23.
Victor Melenhorst researched Non-Western Philosophy and Chinese. He lived and worked in China for several years, and teaches Philosophy. He is also well versed in Vipassana meditation.

The Zoom participation link, other information and tips for participation can be found on the 30NOW live page.
