Live Meditation: Recognize and embrace feelings.

Feelings are like a river: always moving and always changing. In this live meditation we practice consciously perceiving both pleasant and unpleasant feelings, without getting lost in them. We stay present in the present moment by consciously observing our body and our breathing. We are present for our feelings without judgments of good or bad. This meditation is aimed at both beginners and advanced practitioners.
