Live Meditation: Sit with the Buddha and breathe.

Sometimes we try too hard during meditation, making it more of a struggle than actually enjoying it. In this meditation we learn to let go of the fighting by inviting the Buddha to sit and breathe for us. We can do that because there is Buddha nature in each of us. This makes the quality of our sitting and breathing much better. We practice sitting and breathing in such a way that we are free from the idea that there is a self that sits and breathes.
