Live Meditation: Developing Silence and Peace.

Through the practice of mindfulness we can develop silence and tranquility. This meditation aims to bring out these qualities within ourselves. (This is a Vipassana meditation. Afterwards there is fifteen minutes of time for questions and answers.)
