Introductory course in Dhammakaya meditation

On February 1, 2024 we will start a new series of introduction to Dhammakaya meditation of 9 evenings. We will cover the basic ideas that are important when integrating meditation and mindfulness into your daily life. Every evening we will also meditate together to immediately apply what we have learned. The evenings can be followed locally, but also online (by my colleague Tom Van den Steen), both on Thursdays.
