Meditation day “A past and future that are invisible”

On May 26 we will pay attention to our view of ourselves and life in a day of meditation.

In addition to the meditations, we will go through texts about the Buddhist view of past and subsequent lives, and how such a perspective can give our current life a new direction. There are many Buddhist stories about past lives, and how people learn from what has happened and what might happen next.

As with all our meditation days, there is primarily a lot of attention and time for meditation, and plenty of opportunity to exchange experiences, ask questions and learn from each other. For more information about our meditation days, see here: For registration, see here: The meditation day is suitable for both beginners and people with experience.
