In 2008, fifty of those columns were collected in the book 'Botox of Buddha' (Asoka). In 2005 she received the United Nations Outstanding Women in Buddhism Award. She has guided countless retreats, especially in Naarden. To this day she is active as a meditation teacher.

Dear Jotika, thank you for the beautiful and supportive texts. I read a text during the day, usually in the morning and before going to sleep. It works smiling increasing. Heartfelt
Greetings, Anita
So wonderfully beautiful because of its simplicity; peeling off even more to really keep seeing, Knowing less and less and yet being able to penetrate even more. Thank you for this great advice for life moment after moment. Very deep bends
A privilege to be able and allowed to view this.
Thanks Jotika for everything, also thanks to Frieda & Joost & 30now. Like a (lighthouse) light in sometimes darker times.
A deep bow to all
Love,
dear
Great meeting, glad it was recorded. I look forward to the book. Impressed with Jotika and the work you do together. It enriches me and takes me further in my process. Thank you very much.
What a sweet day that was in Naarden with the more and lesser known people from this retreat world around Jotika and her fine book.
Some women may say I have 2 children.
I looked around and thought Jotika has hundreds of “children”.
Such a nice circle with her grateful souls.
Touchingly she sat there “at the head”… with her endearing modesty.
So grateful and happy with a lasting book… until that too perishes… Paper!
