A fascinating introduction to the Bon tradition and its ancient art of breathing techniques.
For millennia, many Eastern traditions have used practices that harness the powerful healing energy of the breath to treat physical, mental and emotional problems. In Chinese, this energy is called chi, in Sanskrit it is called prana and in Tibetan lung.
In The healing power of breath Geshe YongDong Losar, a learned monk in the ancient Buddhist Bon tradition of Tibet, guides us through time-tested practices to balance our lung. His deep knowledge, gained through years of study and practice, makes the practice simple and approachable, and shows us a clear path to greater calm, strength and clarity.
In The healing power of breath Discover ancient Tibetan breathing exercises to calm your mind and improve your health.
