Oh yes!
Dick Verstegen
From looking to seeing
Publisher: Asoka
Learning to see things as they are, that's what it's all about! The vision in this book flows from the pen of a seasoned Zen teacher. He describes how our life is just a series of experiences that we can see and experience thanks to our consciousness: the One Spirit. From this awareness we can have a clear awareness of what is going on, moment to moment.
We perceive that we are permanently balancing on the interface between our relative existence and our innate sense of unity. If you look at yourself and the world with a 'unified eye', a new perspective is created. If we refuse to use that quality, suffering ensues. Seeing and accepting what arises opens your perception and creates confidence in the compass of your heart. Exactly as you are. Nothing needs to change.
Foreword by Nico Tydeman Introduction
