Eveline Brandt (1968) is one of the regular supervisors of 30NOW. She was educated in 2010 at the Institute for Mindfulness and has since worked with heart and soul as a mindfulness trainer in Leiden. She gives training courses in Mindfulness / MBSR in her own 'Centre for mindfulness Leiden' on open registration. The practice of mindfulness and meditation has changed her life so much and brought so much good that she exchanged her job as a journalist for work as a mindfulness trainer more than ten years ago…
