Why does each Day Meditation take 15 minutes?
One of the biggest obstacles people face when they first start meditating is the time it takes. There is no definite answer to the question of how long one should meditate to experience the benefits of this practice. The length of the meditation is important, but so is the quality of the meditation. Meditating for 30 minutes with constant interruptions and distractions can have the same effect as meditating for 10 minutes without distractions.
With 30NOW we choose 15 minutes because this offers enough time to take you along quietly into the topic of the day, to introduce the meditation, to experience the power of meditation yourself and to close it quietly. In addition, 15 minutes reasonably fits into any agenda.
Why is my comment no longer visible?
Reactions during Live Lectures and Live Meditations are limited visibility.
If you have a Membership, you have the option, among other things, to respond to Live sessions with images afterwards.

- Live sessions with video to watch
- Live sessions with audio only to listen back
- React afterwards to all Live sessions with images
When can I watch a Live Meditation or Lecture?
With the Membership you have the opportunity to watch and share Live Meditations and Live Lectures within 24 hours, and often even sooner.

De 30 Day Series is structured in such a way that you gradually deepen your knowledge and experience. Every day there is something different in content. What is Sangha Live?
During the Sangha Live evenings we come together in a live online environment, where we meet each other under the guidance of experienced facilitators. These meetings offer the opportunity to actively participate in an interactive Zoom session, where you can turn on your camera and microphone to connect with other participants. It is a beautiful way to meditate, reflect and exchange experiences together as a community.
The Sangha Live evenings are scheduled regularly and you can join them freely, as long as you have a membership. The link to the next meeting will appear on the website. Although the evenings are live and offer a lot of interactivity, they are not recorded. This means that you cannot watch the meeting afterwards, which emphasizes the experience even more as a valuable and unique moment in the here and now.
If you're not familiar with Zoom Meetings. We have a information page which guides you step by step through the process.
An important aspect of Sangha Live is that the evenings are offered on a voluntary contribution basis, also known as on called. This is a voluntary donation that you can make via the website, as support for the platform and the sessions. This allows us to continue to organize these valuable meetings for everyone who participates.
When participating, we ask that you arrive on time and remain engaged throughout the session. This helps to keep the group cohesive and creates a shared experience. If you have any technical questions or need assistance, Team Support can be reached via 30NOW.nl/help
What can members do that non-members can't?
Op 30NOW.nl/accounts-compare you will find the differences per account.

What should I do if a certain function does not work?
In many cases you can solve it yourself by deleting your browser cache.
The browser cache is the temporary storage space on your computer where your browser stores information about websites you visit, such as images and text. This allows your browser to load the website faster on your next visit, because it does not have to download all the information again.
However, sometimes the cache can become outdated or corrupted and cause problems when trying to access certain websites. In this case, you need to clear your browser's cache.
Below are some general easy steps to clear your browser's cache.
- Open your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
- Click or press the three-dot icon or menu button in the upper right corner of the browser
- Select "Settings" or "Preferences" from the menu.
- Search for "Privacy" or "Privacy and Security"
- Look for "Clear browsing data" or "Clear cache"
- Select the time range for which you want to clear the cache (e.g. last hour, last day, always).
- If present, make sure the "Cached images and files" option is selected.
- Click or press "Clear data" or "Clear cache"
When you have cleared the cache, the problem is often solved. If not, send a message to Team Support.
