Have the rates been adjusted?
As of February 14, 2024, our membership rates have increased slightly:
- Basic rate from 65 to 70 euros.
- Mid-rate from 88 to 95 euros.
- Ambassador rate from 170 to 185 euros.
This move was necessary due to general inflation that has increased the cost of living and running businesses, including ours. For example, the prices of technical applications and external services that we use have increased.
What happens to the extra income?
This adjustment helps us maintain the quality of our services. We continue to invest in technology, support, expanding our offering and supporting the Sangha/community.
Can I get help if the new rate is too high for me?
Money should never be an obstacle to participation. Therefore:

One of the biggest obstacles people face when they first start meditating is the time it takes. There is no definite answer to the question of how long one should meditate to experience the benefits of this practice. The length of the meditation is important, but so is the quality of the meditation. Meditating for 30 minutes with constant interruptions and distractions can have the same effect as meditating for 10 minutes without distractions.
With 30NOW we choose 15 minutes because this offers enough time to take you along quietly into the topic of the day, to introduce the meditation, to experience the power of meditation yourself and to close it quietly. In addition, 15 minutes reasonably fits into any agenda.
