During the mindfulness exercises we experience our body over and over again. Relaxed, tense, calm and quiet or just screaming restless. Our body can be a source of ease and a source of discomfort, and sometimes both at the same time. Our body brings us back to the here and now again and again when we wander off in thoughts, fantasies, daydreams, worries or brooding. Today we practice with some small movements to support the attention to stay present. In a relaxed and curious way.

Mindfulness, as introduced by Jon Kabat-Zinn with the well-known eight-week training, requires regular practice—a kind of mindfulness MOT. During these sessions, you take the speed out of your day and create a moment of peace and renewed attention.
These gatherings are meant to pause, pause and re-align to a conscious life. All sessions are led by certified and experienced mindfulness trainers.

These sessions are especially for anyone who has already been introduced to mindfulness and wants to keep their practice alive.
Whether you have just completed a mindfulness training or have been practicing for a while, this weekly moment offers you the opportunity to find peace, renew your attention and support your practice.
Every Tuesday from 20:00 PM to 20:30 PM we meet via Zoom Webinar.
The sessions consist of a short exercise, exploring a theme from mindfulness training or daily life, an exercise and finally there is an opportunity to share an experience via chat.

Participation in each Mindfulness Moment is based on dana/free donation.
Dana means generosity and is an important principle in the meditation and Buddhist tradition. It offers everyone the opportunity to contribute according to their own ability and appreciation.
