Connected to 'Sangha Inbox'

,

Meditation is apparently an individual activity, the eyes are usually closed and the attention is turned inward. Possibly in a room somewhere in the house, laptop open and afterwards you resume your daily activities. Meditate at 30NOW can offer more. You are part of a sangha, of a group of participants with whom you meditate together and at the same time attune the mind to the practice of mindfulness.

It is nice to consciously experience being together and practicing together. You are not alone and what you encounter on the path of meditation is not unique in a sense. Sharing experiences and interacting with the facilitators can contribute to recognition, inspiration and confidence in your own practice and in meditation in general.

  • At 30NOW the sangha is already emerging at various times, such as:
During the Daily Live Meditation . Where you practice together with a large group of participants. Beforehand, participants often greet each other via chat, afterwards many share their experience and thank each other and the supervisors for everyone's presence.
  • While Live Courses you regularly meet with a fixed group around a specific theme, where there is room for interaction and togetherness.
  • The practice of berth is a way to reflect on what you have received. Money is also energy and facilitators and participants can experience the connection during giving and receiving.
  • With the Ambassador Membership rate, members ensure that people with a small budget can also participate with the Membership at an adjusted rate. This also supports the Sangha.
  • There are there'Sangha Liveevenings for members. We use Zoom Meetings for this, so that we can hear and see each other.

'Speaking from Wisdom' – Starts April 18

You can still register for this valuable Live Course by Riët Aarsse. Because how we speak is important. For ourselves and for others. And it is often not easy to speak wisely.
'Speaking from wisdom' brings the meditation and mindfulness to our relational life. With Insight Dialogue, meditate-in-interaction, we meditate while speaking and listening!

Daily quotes

Every day we publish an inspiring quote. This appears on the home page and on our Facebook page for members. We've been doing that for a while, but we didn't always find the English quotes appropriate 30NOW. That is why we have been working on a new setup with Dutch quotes in recent weeks and we are now also sharing short powerful meditation tips. In addition, we are happy that we can also use the texts and quotes of peaceposters.nl , an initiative of Ciska Matthes.

live tip

April 30 we can welcome Guy Armstrong as guest speaker.
