The team of guides provides live meditations and lectures based on a donation (dana). You have the option to transfer an amount of your own choice; this will be distributed among the supervisors. Any amount you give is good – give what makes you happy: Donation for all supervisors.

To cancel your participation in a course or workshop, we ask you to do the following:

1. Send Email: Please send a cancellation request as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the course or workshop, via the contact form. 30NOW.nl/help. Please include your full name and the specific course or workshop you have registered for.
2. Administration costs: Please note that in the event of cancellation, a 6% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount of your registration. These costs are necessary for the administrative handling of your cancellation.
3. Return: You will receive a refund of the remaining amount (after deduction of administration costs) if your cancellation takes place at least 24 hours before the start of the course or workshop.
4. Refund: The amount to be refunded will be deposited into the same account with which the payment was made. This usually happens within a few working days after your cancellation has been processed.

Because your Membership is not automatically renewed, you can renew your Membership every year.
You again choose the desired payment method.

We distinguish between 4 payments:

• Donations/dana for the supervisors of the daily live sessions: This supports the facilitators in providing the live meditations and lectures. The amounts received are periodically distributed among the facilitators who have provided a live meditation or lecture.

Yes and no. With the 30 Day Series you will participate in a completely guided 30-day program to understand and practice meditation. However, after 30 days your access will expire and you can switch to it Membership. When you renew your membership, the new period starts immediately from the moment of payment. This means that sometimes there is an overlap with your current, still running membership. As a result, the total validity period can be shorter in case of two consecutive periods.

The reason for this is technical. We are working on a solution where the new membership period only starts after the end of your current period. At the moment, this option is not yet available.

We try to communicate this aspect as clearly as possible. But if you have overlooked this, take it contact with us. Then we look for a suitable solution.

Membership is paid annually, monthly payments are not available.

We think it is important that 30NOW is not used intensively for a short period of time because we do not think it is compatible with the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.

After two years without changes to our membership rates, we are making an adjustment. This is necessary to continue to guarantee the quality and accessibility of our offer.

Donations are voluntary gifts that are made without consideration to a charity or institution.
