The advantages
The Membership partly serves as compensation for our work. For example, we invest in technology, offer technical support to all participants and supervisors, ensure good online security and continue to improve ease of use.
We also want to make the range more sustainable, broaden it and develop new courses. In this way we remain committed to our goal: making meditation accessible to everyone.
Because every personal situation is different, we let you choose the amount you consider feasible and appropriate for the Membership. That is why we use three rates for Membership: Basic, Medium and Ambassador. Access is the same at these rates, but the way you contribute is different and is explained above per rate.
At the same time, money should never be a barrier to participation. That is why:

Because although we are an organization that incurs costs, we believe that money should never be the reason for not gaining access.

From this amount you provide a solid foundation with which we can continue to innovate and improve the platform in a broad sense. In addition, you make it possible for people with a small grant to participate at an adjusted rate. As an ambassador you provide support in a specific way 30NOW as a community.

A Membership expires at 30NOW automatically after the Membership Period ends. This is therefore not automatically extended.
If you still want to cancel immediately, you can do so via https://www.30now.nl/mijngegevens/. This will immediately expire your access.
Nee, 30NOW does not currently have ANBI status. This means that donations to 30NOW are not eligible for tax deduction based on ANBI schemes.

With 30NOW.nl/donate you can transfer a donation for the supervisors.
The team of guides provides live meditations and lectures based on a donation (dana). You have the option to transfer an amount of your own choice; this will be distributed among the supervisors. Any amount you give is good – give what makes you happy: Donation for all supervisors.

To cancel your participation in a course or workshop, we ask you to do the following:
- Send Email: Send a cancellation request as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the course or workshop [email protected]. Please include your full name and the specific course or workshop for which you have registered in this email.
- Administration costs: Please note that in the event of cancellation, a 6% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount of your registration. These costs are necessary for the administrative handling of your cancellation.
- Return: You will receive a refund of the remaining amount (after deduction of administration costs) if your cancellation takes place at least 24 hours before the start of the course or workshop.
- Refund: The amount to be refunded will be deposited into the same account with which the payment was made. This usually happens within a few working days after your cancellation has been processed.
Your Membership will not automatically renew and will expire automatically after the Membership Period. We therefore ask you to register a new 12-month Membership period every year via 30NOW.nl/registration. You will of course receive a message from us as soon as your Membership expires.

We distinguish between 4 payments:
- Donations/dana for the supervisors of the daily live sessions: This supports the facilitators in providing the live meditations and lectures. The amounts received are periodically distributed among the facilitators who have provided a live meditation or lecture.

Yes and no. With the 30 Day Series you will participate in a completely guided 30-day program to understand and practice meditation. However, after 30 days your access will expire and you can switch to it Membership. This gives you access to all 30 Day meditations and gives you access to exclusive content such as new series, meditations and lectures.
Yes, that's possible. When purchasing the Membership, Live Courses, In-depth Series or the Inspiration Gift, you can enter the details of the organization/company in the registration form. After payment you will receive the invoice, with the entered company data, in your mailbox.

Yes, that is certainly possible. We understand that some prefer direct bank transfers. That is why we offer the option to make payments by transferring an amount to our account number.
Follow the steps below to complete your payment:

Make sure you clearly state the name of the product you are paying for in the description of your payment. For example: 'In-depth series RAIN', 'Year group Eight steps to happiness', or 'Ambassador membership 12 months'.
- E-mail confirmation: After transferring the amount, please send us an email to [email protected]. In this email, please include the product you paid for and the email address provided to you 30NOWaccount is linked. This is necessary so that we can process your payment correctly and link it to your account.

We think it is important that 30NOW is not used intensively for a short period of time because we do not think it is compatible with the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.

The Membership is a subscription service and periodically debits an amount or periodically asks for a new payment. You will be charged at the beginning of your billing cycle. Donations are voluntary gifts that are made to a charity or institution without any consideration in return.
