Joost talks to Marion Werger. Marion is a yoga teacher and breathing coach. Her In-depth series 'Moving with attention' will start from 3 September. In this series, Marion takes you through accessible and versatile exercises: sitting, standing and lying, moving and stilling, with induction and relaxation. During the conversation we explore the different styles of yoga, the similarities between Buddhism and the Eightfold Path of yoga, the role of yoga for the practice of meditation.
