In this meditation exercise you can get acquainted with Tonglen: an ancient practice that originated in Tibet and that can be found in many cultures in a psychological sense. In the Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living or MBCL training we have adopted this practice as Compassionate Breathing. Our built-in stress system prefers to solve or push away problems ... in this intimate and also paradoxical exploration you are invited to welcome the difficult for once in a specific, caring and non-forced way ... and open yourself to something helpful or a beneficial alternative. NB This exercise is dominated by the theme 'Crisis as an opportunity', from 10.30 am there is still 10-15 minutes for those who want to exchange and extra explanation about this special practice.
