Some people think that solo meditation is not relational. Nothing is less true. Mindfulness, kind attention or mindfulness is inherently intra-relational. A light can begin to shine on the nature of the relationship that exists with our bodies and with our minds. New relationships arise with our body, feeling and mental world. And with that, the way we relate to the world can also change.
