Interpersonal mindfulness practice focuses heavily on six guidelines for wise and compassionate communication: "Pause," "Relax," "Open Up," "Tune Into Emergence," "Listen Intently," and "Speak the Truth." The six guidelines or reminders are specifically developed in Insight Dialogue and in the Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP).
