Dealing with the death of our loved ones is one of the most difficult challenges that human life presents. Bereavement is something we will all have to encounter in our lives. In this talk we will explore how to deal with loss and grief through the Buddhist practice of dedicating good karma. How can we relate to our loved ones in such a way that we do not forget them, but remember them in a beneficial way?
