Embodied Meditation – Step 1 Grounding

Discover – in this six-part series – the three layers of embodiment. That of the earthly body of flesh and blood, the subtle body of sensory experience and emotion, and the conscious body of 'knowing'.

In six weeks we explore these layers by focusing on the physical, energetic and mental dimensions of the human experience.

Each meeting starts with a short introduction of approximately 15 minutes, followed by a guided meditation of approximately 30 minutes, using the acronym G.R.O.U.N.D.

G.R.O.U.N.D. stands for Grounding, Relaxing, Opening, Untangling, Caring and Resolving.

Today the first meditation. We explore the Earthly Body based on the instruction: Grounding.
