    Four lectures – recorded in high image quality – of approximately 45 minutes per lecture – looking back at a self-chosen time. The four life friends are treated one by one, in conjunction with each other and the practice of mindfulness.

  • Live sessions

    4 Monday evenings between 19.30 and 21.00 a live gathering via Zoom with all participants in which the life friends are further explored, in theory and interpersonally (via breakout rooms).

    Breakout rooms are digital subgroups with which you temporarily break into small groups of 2-4 participants and are invited to explore a specific question through interpersonal mindfulness practice. At the end of this exploration, there is the opportunity to share experiences in plenary.
