Anyone who has ever followed a mindfulness or MBSR training will probably recognize this: how much it can help you, and how difficult it is to really integrate it into your daily life…. Practicing on your own, without a supervisor, without a group, is just not easy. While at the same time you know that mindfulness can bring so much attention, peace and acceptance, especially in this uncertain and stressful time. In short, what you need is 'remindfulness'!
To help you refresh and give new impetus to your mindfulness practice, mindfulness trainer Eveline Brandt will offer and guide the best exercises from the mindfulness course in six live sessions. You practice again with the body scan, the three-minute breathing space and shorter plus longer sitting meditations. She also provides inspiring texts and also reiterates some of the most important insights from mindfulness and stress reduction theory. Very helpful at a time when many of us are dealing with so much stress and uncertainty. There is also room for exchanging experiences with Eveline and the other participants.
The entry condition to participate in this series is a mindfulness course, followed in the near or somewhat more distant past.

Live sessions
6 Sunday mornings between 10.30 and 11.45 am a live gathering via Zoom with all participants. The sessions consist of an introduction to the theme, joint exercises, exchange, questions and working in small groups (breakout rooms).
